Yes. Upload a photo or PDF of a supplier invoice and the line items are read automatically for your review. You correct them, tag each as material, labour or other, and confirm.
Yes. It shows budget versus actual spend for each project and across all projects, with a monthly cost summary chart and an alerts panel for overdue milestones and unpaid supplier invoices.
You set payment milestones per project with due dates. Each milestone has a pay-online link so the client can pay by UPI or card without logging in, and clients get SMS reminders before and after the due date. A project account statement can be downloaded as a PDF.
